We send all our packages via DHL on a signed for delivery service. Whilst we endeavour to get it to you next day, it could take up to 3-5 days from date of order. A signature will be required on delivery, someone else can sign for the package. If you're not home to receive the delivery, a contact card will be left by the delivery service to pick up the package in person from your nearest depot.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment. If replacement goods are required, these should be re-ordered directly from our website as replacements will not automatically be sent.
If you wish to refund an item that you are not happy with, sending an email detailing that you would like to refund an item and including with it, your name, the order number and a tagged picture of product will be sufficient material to start the refund process. However we hold the right to deny a refund if there is sufficient evidence that the product has been used or damaged by you.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.
